Hi, my name is Rob Poulos.
A few years ago at the age of 30, after
struggling with my weight for most of my
life (yeah, that's me
below with the "man boobs"
of Jabba the Hutt), I hit rock bottom and
found myself more than 50 pounds
overweight with a belt-busting 42" waist
size...
And it's not like I didn't
try to lose the fat either. Oh, I tried
everything the "experts" were telling us all to
do. My closet overflowed with fat loss and
fitness books promising simple solutions-and I
even secretly ordered things I saw on TV and
the Internet...
...but like most people who worked out
a lot, I still was way too fat (boy, I hated
pulling my shorts or swimsuit up so high just
to keep my belly from hanging
out)...
...and for a while I
just blamed myself..."If only I had more
will power"-
-until I had finally had enough,
and decided it was time to do
something different...after all,
what "they" were telling me to do clearly
isn't working.
I thought to myself, "I'm a smart person, I can
figure this out".
So I began
to devour everything I could find on the
subject of fast and permanent fat loss and
fitness and tested it out on myself and some
willing girlfriends. And little by little, one
by one, I began to assemble all of the
techniques I found that actually work, and work
fast-
-so fast that I
melted off over 42 pounds
from the scale, dropped
my waist size to a 32
(lost 10 inches revealing
a nice set of six pack
abs) in just a few
months.
(I actually lost more fat
because I had also gained some

low carb diets doomed me to staying fat.

points, or telling you you'll never eat another
hamburger or some ice cream ever again will
never work...
...because hunger is an irresistible
force. Sooner or later your willpower will
always give into
hunger-and you'll stay the
same as you are now...or put on even more

Perhaps you've even found yourself looking at
an empty bag of chips or container of ice cream
and asked yourself "Why did I eat all that

these tricky sounding fad

I was surprised to find out
that the FDA doesn't even regulate what goes
into these often dangerous diet pills...it's a
shocking true fact...

take a chance with your health because it's not
worth it. Besides, it's not needed...you
can burn all the fat and get healthier at the

discovered that you can eat loads of
certain delicious foods up to 6 times a day and
burn more fat than if you tried any of these
miracle diets...or even if you just tried
"eating healthy". The
key starts with first looking at

(By the way,
there are some serious problems
with traditional cardio...some that
are actually deadly to your health
and will most likely get you
injured...and I'll go into that

exercise to burn fat is INTENSITY.
This has a lot of people doing what
is called H.I.I.T. (or High
Intensity Interval Training)...and
this works great (scientific
studies a mile long have proven it
to be far superior to any other
cardio for fat loss and optimum
health)...BUT-

want to turn your body into a fat burning
machine...so you'll need to add a
resistance training routine on top of it
(the most important activity a woman
can do for 24 hour a day fat loss,
for reasons I'll cover soon)...uh oh,
back to 4+ days and hours upon hours in
the gym each week...NO THANKS!
"I'm busy...I've got other stuff I want to
do...I want to enjoy my life and my new
body"...that's exactly what I thought after I
tried doing all this exercise-and every
week.
Well, I finally discovered that by using some
simple but drastically different unique tweaks
and techniques, you get the fat burning and
cardio health benefits of interval training
(you'll be healthy as a horse) PLUS the
strength and sexy lean and tight muscle
benefits of resistance training...and get

All in a full body routine of
only 15-20 minutes or so...just 2 or 3 times
