Well, you're right this does really work! I lost 5 lbs., 5.25 inches overall, and my body fat percentage dropped 2% after 3 days of working out in your high intensity fashion!

I lost 4 more pounds and 5 more inches a week later!

Like you said it only took 20 minutes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for these exciting results! I didn't have time this week to incorporate any interval training like I wanted to maximize the fat loss.

I also followed your carb and protein rules...a new concept to me and boy it works as far as keeping the energy up and the cravings away....

Upper Arm - 13.5 in. down to 11.25 in.
Waist - 33 in. down to 29 in.

TOTAL INCHES LOST = 21.5 inches
 
Weight 153 lbs. down to 134 lbs.
TOTAL WEIGHT LOST = 19 lbs.
 
Body Fat % - 39% down to 30%
TOTAL BODY FAT % LOST = 9%
 
I can enjoy summer with my two kids who are 13 and 11 and not hide behind the baggy sweats and t-shirts! I still love the short, intense workout, and although I was skeptical at first that this would work by itself, I am now a firm believer in and endorser of this program!
 
I fully intend to continue this program for the rest of my life.

"I do believe that I am proof that the "system" of exercise that you present is very very powerful.
 
Not 2 weeks after the contest started, I was thrown into a whirlwind of being out of town...

...parties at the new cottage (yay!) and constant eating out and drinking.

Now, that said, the one thing I did was keep to my exercise routine and wow.... it made all the difference.
  
Not only did I lose 10lbs (and a waist down 4+ inches) WHILE I was out and not eating 100%, but I've got TONS more energy and I feel great!!!!
