Listen, ever since I was young, I was looking
for ways to burn off fat quickly (I'll be
honest...this was before I was married, so it
was mainly to meet girls!), but it never really
happened for me-
-I tried program after program, diet
after diet, treadmill after treadmill…all to
lose a few pounds…and then gain it back
sometimes all in just one weekend...don't you
just hate that!?

'Star Wars'...hey, it

I also went
through several ‘awkward’ stages in my youth,
and just a few years ago, found myself more
than 42 pounds overweight at the relatively
young age of 30 (maybe you are in the same
position?). Life had really
caught up to me...
