It's amazing...I was this close to missing out, but luckily I was so SICK of my fat body and past failures that eventually you just want to try something new and drastically different

So I made a decision that just this once I had to overcome my past skepticism with weight loss and fitness programs and give it a shot-

Well, the catch (if you want to call it that) is this:

...I certainly had to put my ego on the shelf…but I just knew somehow, someway I had to finally escape the cycle of fad diets, impossible exercise routines, fat loss miracle pills, and late night TV exercise gizmo garbage — or just give up on my body for good!

But first let me say a few IMPORTANT things:

I lost over 42 pounds of fat & went from a 42" down to a 32" waist size in just a few months...

My wife Kalen lost over 59 pounds of fat and 8 dress sizes quickly too…

We both  sculpted firm and sexy lean muscle and functional strength at the same time…
We did not count our calories, measure our food on a scale, or eat ‘low carb’….
 
We did not do hours or even minutes of boring cardio, aerobics, or other classic ‘fat burning’ exercise…
We did not worry about finding the motivation to stick to some wacky unrealistic plan…

We did not have access to a massive commercial gym or fitness center…

We ate a variety of delicious meals and snacks several times a day that were easy to prepare…
We spent just about 30 minutes a WEEK with our super fast workout plan… 
 
Plus we did it all while I was quitting a dead end job and starting a new business, raising 2 young kids (Sarah who was 5 years old and Ryan who had just turned 1), and planning a vacation. Whew! 

And...

This was not some 'lose it and gain it back and more' fat loss fluke…We’ve kept the fat off and inches away since we first lost it some 3 years ago! 

Can you imagine that?  I know it sounds amazing, but facts are facts.
 

You know, I still wake up each day and pinch myself (though there’s not that much to pinch anymore) and all because I decided to:

put my skepticism aside for a moment, think outside the box, and try something new and drastically different...

..." I have nothing to lose by trying..." I finally said to myself.

Insanity is, after all, doing the same thing day after day and expecting different results!

And as you think about how true that really is...you start to see pretty quickly that the only solution to breaking out of the rut you're in now is by doing something new and different.

(I mean seriously, go to any gym in the world, watch the dozens of dieters sweating away on those treadmills, ellipticalls or whatever for hours and you see how their bodies seemingly never get any better...now that really is insane!)

So…why not just copy my simple plan?

Listen, ever since I was young, I was looking for ways to burn off fat quickly (I'll be honest...this was before I was married, so it was mainly to meet girls!), but it never really happened for me-

-I tried program after program, diet after diet, treadmill after treadmill…all to lose a few pounds…and then gain it back sometimes all in just one weekend...don't you just hate that!?

...I literally spent over a decade and over $23,911 of my own money trying to unlock the steel door that was trapping me in my fat and undesirable body…until-

-well...until one day I just said "ENOUGH!".

The truth is…I started life as a big ol' fat baby…complete with the gut and the 'man boobs' of Jabba the Hutt from the movie 'Star Wars'...hey, it takes a lot of guts to admit that! 

I also went through several ‘awkward’ stages in my youth, and just a few years ago, found myself more than 42 pounds overweight at the relatively young age of 30 (maybe you are in the same position?).  Life had really caught up to me...


And no matter what fad diet I ate,what amount of miles I ran, or what pills or gut blaster gizmo I tried…

... you just end up overwhelmed, exhausted, and all but ready to give up for good-

The Trouble With Diets And Cardio...

So I turned myself into a human guinea pig and began testing any of the various diet and exercise methods that made any sense at all...

...I mean I ripped them to the core so I could find out what, if anything, they had of value (this was not easy to say the least – especially with the fact that it seems there is just way too much conflicting information out there).

And you know what I found? 

I found that most of the stuff I was trying was promising the world (don't they all?), AND required you to practically sacrifice most of your spare time for the zombie-like cardio workouts or food preparation…

...all but stop any hobbies or favorite foods you actually enjoyed…and basically live life like a robot!…

…Well, I wasn’t about to give up my life just to follow some crummy fat loss program from some 'know it all' guru.  I don't care about being right, I just want it to work!

And on top of that, many of these diet books or plans were written by some naturally lean doctor in a lab coat who never experienced the kind of frustration with fat loss that I had.

Sad but true-

-I even kept a lot of these programs secret from my wife, I was so embarrassed! I mean, there's a bit of a stigma attached to 'how to lose weight’ books and programs isn't there?

I mean, if this self-proclaimed "Fat Loss or Fitness Guru" was so great, why wasn't he using his own methods?

And where were the success stories from real people who were not genetically skinny?

Why the heck would I want to learn about losing fat from someone who didn’t start out with any? Beats me!

Yeah, it seemed to make sense in a way, but after just a few days eating like this my body knew right away something was a little “off”-

...sooner or later willpower always gives in to hunger-

-so when my body forced me off of these restriction diets, I actually gained more fat…

…I was starting to give up...
