Hi, I'm Rob Poulos. A few
years ago at the age of 30, after
struggling with my weight for most of my
life (yeah, that's me
below with the "man boobs"
of Jabba the Hutt), I hit rock bottom and
found myself more than 50 pounds
overweight with a belt-busting 42" waist
size...

And it's not like I didn't
try to lose the fat either. Oh, I tried
everything the "experts" were telling us all to
do. My closet overflowed with fat loss and
fitness books promising simple solutions-and I
even secretly ordered things I saw on TV and
the Internet...
...but like most guys who worked out a
lot, I still was way too fat (man, I hated
pulling my shorts or swimsuit up so high just
to keep my belly from hanging
out)...
...and for a while I
just blamed myself..."If only I had more
will power"-
-until I had finally had enough,
and decided it was time to do
something different...after all,
what "they" were telling me to do clearly
isn't working.
I thought to myself, "I'm a smart person, I can
figure this out".
So I began
to devour everything I could find on the
subject of fast and permanent fat loss and
fitness and tested it out on myself and some
willing friends. And little by little, one by
one, I began to assemble all of the techniques
I found that actually work, and work

melted off over 42 pounds
from the scale, dropped
my waist size to a 32
(lost 10 inches revealing

hamburger or some ice cream ever again will

power of real foods does not help the
fitness big wigs sell more diet plans or

these tricky sounding fad
diets and dangerous weight loss pills

multi-billion dollar fitness industry
to keep you confused while
sucking your pockets dry and keeping your pants
tight.
I was surprised to find out
that the FDA doesn't even regulate what goes
into these often dangerous diet pills...it's a
shocking true fact...
...don't ever
take a chance with your healthy because it's
not worth it. Besides, it's not
needed...you can burn all the fat and
get healthier at the same

I
discovered that you can eat loads of
certain delicious foods up to 6 times a day and
burn more fat than if you tried any of these
miracle diets...or even if you just tried
"eating healthy". The

Once I got off the treadmill
and stopped trying to exercise
even more (fitting in several
days of weight training on top
of more cardio), I freed up my
metabolism and now
it burns fat while you eat, go
to the movies, hang out with
your friends, enjoy your
family...even while you count
sheep!
(By the way,
there are some serious problems
with traditional cardio...some
that are actually deadly to
your health and will most
likely get you injured...and
I'll go into that
later).
Now, a lot of people are
starting to realize that the
real secret in exercise to burn
fat is INTENSITY. This has a
lot of people doing what is
called H.I.I.T. (or High
Intensity Interval
Training)...and this works
great (scientific studies a
mile long have proven it to be
far superior to any other
cardio for fat loss and optimum
health)...BUT-

You
want to turn your body into a fat burning
machine...so you'll need to add a weight
training routine on top of it (the most
important activity for 24 hour a day fat
loss, for reasons I'll cover soon)...uh
oh, back to 4+ days and hours upon hours
in the gym each week...NO THANKS!
"I'm busy...I've got other stuff I want to
do...I want to enjoy my life and my new
body"...that's exactly what I thought after I
tried doing all this exercise-and every
week.
Well, I finally discovered that by
using some simple but drastically different
unique tweaks and techniques, you get
the fat burning and cardio health benefits of
interval training (you'll be healthy as a
horse) PLUS the strength and sexy lean
muscle benefits of weight training...and get
this:
All in a full body routine of
only 15-20 minutes or so...just 2 or 3 times

since I've built the best kind of cardio into
