This Important Meal Fights Belly Fat…

You’ve probably heard that Breakfast is the most important
meal of the day…

But did you know it is also the most important meal if
you’re trying to control your unpredictable appetite and
lose that belly phat?

what the best thing is to eat for Breakfast, right?

Well, here are my 2 personal favorites you can eat too:

1. Eggs (the whole thing, not just the white)

Eggs have gotten a bad rap in the past, with the mainstream
media telling you that the yolks are ‘bad’ for you and to
only eat the whites…

But this is a BIG MISTAKE.  Here’s why:

The egg yolk contains all the vitamins, minerals and
antioxidants of the egg!  The egg whites have mostly nothing
but protein in them… that’s it!

Now before you go thinking that whole eggs will raise your
cholesterol levels and how terrible that would be for your
health…well that’s not quite true either… more on that
in a future newsletter…

I know this is  probably shocking to you, especially if
you’ve been mislead by your local news ‘health’ reporter or
some other B.S. ‘expert’ source.

Now, what I usually do is mix 2 whole eggs with 2 egg
whites, almost always from free range chickens if possible.

This ensures you don’t miss out on the best of egg
nutrition, while keep the protein high enough to satisfy
your hunger as well.

2. Prograde Lean Meal replacement powder with frozen fruit

When I don’t exactly have time to cook up my favorite
omelette (more often than not) I reach for my favorite meal
