• 1 Trick Of A Tiny Belly:

This 1 Unique Fat That FIGHTS Belly Fat (Found In These 3 Foods)…

By Rob Poulos...

I’m actually on a plane to L.A. right now heading to meet with one of my idols, Bill Phillips of ‘Body For Life’ fame… I am geeked, wish me luck!

And then I open my email today and see this great article from one his former cohorts (and my trusted nutritionist) Josh, talking about this 1 unique ‘designer’ fat that actually fights belly fat, and where you can sink your teeth into it as well!

Since we could all stand to lose a bit more belly fat (yeah me too!), let’s get the facts about how to use this odd ‘fat melting fat’, straight from Josh:

“Before the recent carb-cutting craze, many experts suggested that the best way to lose fat was to stop eating fat.

There are many good reasons for this….

For example, fat is the most calorie dense macronutrient (carbs and protein contain 4 calories per gram, while fat contains 9 calories) and cutting calories, in general, can help you battle the bulge.

However, many of these experts are eating their words AND their fat because one fat, in particular, is getting a great deal of attention from researchers, scientists, and supplement experts alike.

That fat is called conjugated linoleic acid—better known as CLA.

What Is CLA?

While no supplement should be considered a “miracle-pill” as you’re already well aware (it’s important to start with a quality eating and activity program like FBF, CLA is earning a reputation for being the “next best thing.”

Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is a naturally occurring fatty acid found in trace amounts in 3 foods including cheese, butter, and beef.

You need to know, however, that these foods do NOT typically contain enough CLA to have a positive fat loss effect because the CLA they contain is destroyed during processing.

Fortunately, there is a way to purify and extract CLA into gel capsules so it contain the proper amounts to help your body naturally fight fat… in fact 3 studies prove it:

In this double-blind study,  Thom Erling, Ph.D., gave one group a gel capsule full of CLA for breakfast, lunch, and dinner while a second group received a placebo (fake) gel capsule with nothing but regular vegetable oil in it.

After three months, the CLA group enjoyed a 15 to 20% decrease in body fat compared to the placebo group (who didn’t get CLA), which experienced little change.

Appearing in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, a group of 180 overweight men and women lost 9% of their total body fat WITHOUT altering what they ate or doing exercise over one year…

Imagine their results if they had been eating smart and adding some activity to their day!

Ola Gudmundsen, managing director of Scandinavian Clinical Research conducted another study where 60 overweight people, who again, were NOT allowed to change their eating habits, were put on either a placebo or CLA for 12 weeks. At the end of the 12 weeks, the subjects in the CLA group had lost over DOUBLE the amount of weight than the placebo group who didn’t take CLA…. and most promising was that the researchers found the loss came primarily from body fat.

How Does It Work?

Although researchers are still trying to figure out this very question, the leading CLA researcher, Michael W. Pariza from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, suggests, “In a general sense, what CLA is doing is keeping little fat cells from getting big… perhaps by blocking certain enzymes that let fat cells swell.”

You see, fat (that you eat), normally enters the fat cell through a “door” controlled by an enzyme that acts as a “key.” By acting on this enzyme (or key), CLA may keep the door locked, which, in turn, keeps fat from accumulating in the cells…

…the less fat in the cells, the smaller and less mature they become, helping reduce the overall levels.

The increased breakdown of fat helps fuel and preserve muscle mass, which increases metabolism.

Regardless of how it works, research shows that CLA is very safe to use because it’s a naturally occurring. It’s even found in trace amounts in foods like cheese and meats… but not in high enough amounts to have a positive effect.

For best results, researchers suggest an effective amount of CLA for dropping body fat is 3,000 mg (3 grams) each day. This means you simply take one gelatin capsule with breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

What to Look for in a Quality CLA Supplement

Not all supplements are created equal, even when it comes to the same supplement made by different brands…

…in fact, BE CAREFUL as some CLA on the market doesn’t even contain any CLA at all!

Instead, the capsules are filled with plain old vegetable oil. This is why it’s vitally important to always go with quality brands, known for their purity.

One such brand is Clarinol™, which contains 70 to 80% pure CLA.

CLA is a hot, new fat-fighting supplement that is backed by REAL scientific research.

I believe in this product so much I’ve even sent 3 bottles to my mother who is trying to get a flat belly,  and that’s why I’m putting this awesome supplement on sale until Sunday night at 11:50 PM.

I agree that it would be GREAT to lose 10 to 15 lbs BEFORE the holiday eating spree that causes so many people to GAIN weight this time of year…

… so for this special pre-holiday offering you’ll try CLA for at least 50% off (if not more… you’ll see why on the order page).

In fact, I’m so confident in CLA with all of the studies and practical experience I’ve seen with it, you can SATISFY YOUR CURIOSITY about it too with a 60-day test drive…  if for some strange reason (anything) it doesn’t do all you expect it to, you are due an instant refund…

Try out this proven fat fighting CLA for 50% off til Sunday at Midnight only… <— Click Here

But remember (so you’re not disappointed for missing out), you’ve only got until Sunday at midnight, and then I’m going to have to start being more competitive with the market and bring it back up to full price.

And, remember, only invest in a CLA that is of high quality.  There are a lot of fake CLA products popping up all over the Internet these days that are nothing but vegetable oil with no fat-fighting ingredients at all!

Hey guys, why isn’t Australia included on the list of countries to ship CLA to? Is it not allowed in Australia? We do have some strict importation laws, but this is just oil right? I want to order some, but it seems impossible with your order form. Linda.

    • Rob Poulos

Hey Linda, I’ll check with Josh on this and see if he can help…

    • Helen

I agree with Linda no mention of availability for Australia I also tried to order but couldn’t with your order form. Helen

      • Rob Poulos

Hey Helen, not my order form… I just checked and it looks like they don’t ship to AU at the moment… I will see what I can find for a good option for AU

        • Helen

          Hi Rob,

Thanks would really appreciate it if there is one that we could get in Aus. Maybe restricted as we do have very stringent theurapeutic rules in this country.

  2. Jesse

So how much does one take and when is it taken?

  3. Phillip Schlueter

Only thing to say here is that CLA is much less expensive at my local Vitamin Shoppe then this price which is very high. The last 210 softgels I bought was less than the 90 that is sold here, at 1/2 price yet, so what’s the story here Rob?

    • Rob Poulos

hey Phil, not sure what brand yours is, but it may be just fine… don’t know without more info…

    • shelley

There is a huge problem when choosing herbs and supplements without information.
Everyone always says ‘Hey I can get that at costco or the local grocery store or health food store at half the price” my response is that all things are NOT created equal. for example testing cascara sagrada….I ran out of the usual brand so i asked my mom to pick me up some in town. She arrived with an expensive chinese blend and a bulk package, the expensive one was 1/4 the effectiveness as my usual one, the bulk herb was virtually useless and was like I was taking tree bark of no consequence. so when everyone asks about this they need to be looking at apples and apples not pineapples.

  4. gianni

rob, checked on this cla on other websites, and i’m sure some of them are garbage, but there are some legitimate sites that sell cla 90 soft gels at 1000mgs per capsule at a much lower price…is there a difference between urs and theres???

    • Rob Poulos

Hey gianni, don’t know what brands you are looking at but there is a lot low quality stuff out there…

  5. susie

the pictures on the bottom of the order page show great results, but how long did it take them to get there? And did they diet and exercise? Im kind of skeptical about anything to do with ordering online…

    • Rob Poulos

Hey Susie, not sure, you’ll have to check with Josh (the nutritionist who is shipping the CLA)… there is a contact link at bottom of their page

    • Rob Poulos

    Hello People,

I tried to order your CLA twice but the order did not go through. The window advised me to go to your customer service, but I cannot find a link for that either.

Please respond. I put my order in shortly before 9AM on this Sunday the 14th, so I should be entitled to the 50% discount.

  14. Margaret Stevenson

Hi, I’m from Australia too and as per other comments, can’t seem to order this product either. Waiting on answers but it does look like it’s now too late to take advantage of this half price offer. Your help in this matter would be appreciated.

  15. CLA was first identified in 1978. Dr. Michael Pariza was studying beef extract at the University of Wisconsin-Madison as part of his cancer research. What he found was unexpected. Dr. Pariza’s initial research suggested two important possibilities. First, that CLA helps reduce body fat and, second, that it helps maintain lean muscle tissue. These initial findings attracted great interest, and a surge of scientific studies and research followed.

Transitions Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) Caffeine Free is ideal for those who have lost weight or are losing weight and want the extra support to keep it off. Transitions CLA Caffeine Free contains natural ingredients that can help redistribute fat to fat burning muscle tissue to assist in promoting lean muscle mass and decreasing the amount of fat stored in your body. CLA has also been shown to enhance fat breakdown (lipolysis) within the muscle tissue and create more lean muscle.*
CLA is basically safflower oil. Check out the website above for ingredients, benefits, etc. Order from the site and earn cash back. For those in Australia, go to marketamerica.com and they will direct you to a distributor.

    • Rob Poulos

Thanks Andrea… all you aussies out there take a look at marketamerica

  16. lee

Well, I just read this, Rob, have you got feedback ?? Thanks

Clarinol CLA does offer the body a healthy source of conjugated linoleic acid which, in scientific studies, offers the body anti-oxidant properties as well as anti-cancer properties.
Scientific research has also supported the claims that CLA helps to reduce overall body fat when consumed at 3.4 grams per day.

CLA has been linked to increased insulin levels, particularly in obese or overweight users.
CLA has been linked to increased biliary cholesterol levels which can lead to gallstones.
Animal studies of CLA have reported controversial results concerning the DHA levels in the brain and the heart. In some animal studies, increased amounts of CLA contributed to early death, decreased DHA levels in the brain, and decreased DHA levels in the heart tissue.
Return policies for Clarinol are not made very clear.

While there is scientific evidence that CLA, the only ingredient in Clarinol CLA, does help to reduce body fat and increase muscle mass, the scientific studies have only involved animals. In addition to a lack of human studies, the possible negative effects on the body are supported with as much backing as the positive evidence. The Clarinol CLA website offers testimonials of users losing dramatic amounts of weight over an 8 to 12 week period, when the product was taken in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise regimen but does not offer a control group who practiced the same dietary and activity changes. We would not recommend this product over the competition as it lacks key ingredients for appetite suppression and fat burning.

    • Rob Poulos

Hey Lee… as noted, human studies showing the effects of CLA are in the post… references sited at the bottom of the post…thanks for sharing this… also, this appears to be a review of CLA versus some other ‘fat burning’ supplement, so I’m not sure how accurate the claims of disadvantages are here…

  17. Olga

Rob, I purchased your book on line this week…My husband has yet to read it, but, it sounds like something I can handle as a 58 yr old MiMi…I was reading about this CLA and since my husband is a heart patient, and like some of the other comments, I don’t trust ordering stuff of the internet to take by mouth…Will your diet and excercises work without it? I have never done anything like this before so it will be very different for me…I may be hollering at you quite often.
    Thanks in advance!
