These 6 Sneaky F-A-T Burning Foods?

Hope you are well…

I’m just finishing up a delish lean body lunch… field
greens mixed with roasted chicken breast, dried cherries,
walnuts, egg, tomatoes, cucumber slices and tangerines.  I
am literally devouring this thing…

The funny part is I got this awesome salad from my local
Coney Island!  Just because a place is known for junk food
doesn’t mean you can’t find something healthy AND delicious.

So with that in mind, I wanted to share with you more of my
‘sneaky’ phat burning foods…

…why are they sneaky?  Because they are pretty common
foods that most people don’t know also have great metabolism
boosting properties.

OK, so here are these foods you should try adding to your
meal plans each day for more lean body success:

1. FRESH GARLIC or pickled garlic is a natural antibiotic, a
blood sugar regulator, and also works like a thermogenic in
your body. It boosts metabolism and keeps insulin levels low
to maximize fat burning.  Cool huh?

2. EDAMAME (Soybeans) contain lecithin, which can help your
body to keep your cells from accumulating fat. You can steam
them or there are even dried or roasted snacking versions
that are great when you’re on the go.

3. APPLES & BERRIES are a delicious source of pectin, which

water-binding properties.  Apples are my go-to snack (along

    Hey,

    actually, it’s well known that most herbs (except salt and pepper- these guys need moderation) can boost your metabolism up. We use them when making cabbage soup- along with most vegetables on earth. Already lost 4 kg in about a week.
