Lightly beat 2 egg whites, season with salt & pepper and add to skillet. Scramble until blended with spinach. Chop and sprinkle bacon on top. 119 calories per serving, recipe makes 1 serving.

    Hi Rob, this was good explanation about spinach. These vegetables were initially often consumed in Asia, the reason is this cheap, easily cultivated and rich in nutrients. I have great respect for people like you Rob, helped promote the spinach without compensation, thereby increasing the person who will consume these vegetables.
