1 Odd Drinking Technique Burns More Fat Faster…

flab, but recently I have become a big fan of another
unique drink as part of my fat melting toolkit…

…and for 1 unusual reason I was surprised to discover:

Besides all the now understood health benefits of Green Tea,
including reduced risk of breast, colon, and prostate
cancer, recent studies have shown that this magical little
drink also fights against your belly phat-

-by drinking it BEFORE your workout!

In a recent study, green tea helped the subjects burn 17
percent more phat during a 30-minute workout.

Researchers are apparently not completely clear on how green
tea has this increased metabolism boosting effect, though

Why You Must Be Perfect…(Yes)

I haven’t shared this fat loss mindset technique with anyone
before, and if you pay attention to what I say in this
entire newsletter, you’re going to be able to use it too.
