    Hello, I just starting using Avocado and I took the seed out and took out the Avocado with a spoon and put it in my chopper and bought some light sour cream added a little extra vrigin olive oil and put a garlic clove in there and chopped it up to where it was consistency of Mayo and I have had to start watching what I eat have some weight to lose and I did not know the benefits of Avocados so I am glad I looked it up the doctor has me on glucophage and my cholesterol is high so this is going to benefit me I eat lettuce wraps with chicken or use can have a hamburger with just lettuce and I take the enough of lettuce that will wrap around the cooked meat I sometimes use sandwich meat also then I spread the Avocado spread I made on the lettuce leaves and then put a couple of baby spinach leaves and then the 2% slice of cheese and then the meat and then wrap it and eat it is delicious ! hope you try it !

    I love just mashed avacado in replace of mayo. Depending on what you are putting it on, you may want a pinch of salt per avacado.
