As with a good majority of the things we do in life, we rely
heavily on our vision or eyesight as the determining factor in
whether or not we believe something. And this is unfortunately
the case in trying to burn fat as well. What’s the old cliché?
A picture is worth a thousand words, right? Well, when we lock
our eyes onto that photo of that buff guy or buxom bombshell on
the cover of the latest fitness or w.eight loss product,
something happens. We get excited. We may even get very
excited!
Unfortunately, this is something that many in the fitness
industry are preying on. They know this and use it to their huge
advantage. The process is simple: put a great looking and in
-shape guy or girl on a product and it will sell. They don’t

Weapons Of FAT Destruction?
In the war against unwanted body fat, one of the key factors
that will determine your success relates to the exercise tools,
or fat burning ‘weapons’ you have at your disposal.
I’d like to provide for you some of the pluses and minuses of
the top two choices of equipment we can use in our resistance
training efforts. After all, the minute you start thinking
exercise machines are great, along comes someone telling you
they’re junk.
How Slow Can You Go?
In one of my previous fat burning and fitness tips I talked
about how to triple your resistance training results by taking
full advantage of your three levels of strength.
A big part of getting those benefits I discussed previously
relates to how you’re performing your repetitions…or more
specifically, how slowly you’re performing those repetitions.
In my Fat Burning Furnace system, I outline what I’ve found to
be the perfect range for repetition speed for almost everyone.
I say almost everyone because ideal repetition speed depends on
a host of other factors, including individual tolerance for
exercise. While individual tolerances do vary, most people fall
into a general range that will produce top notch results.

Recently I received an email from one of my readers regarding my Fat Burning Furnace book that I wanted to share with you. Whatwas it about?
Well, this reader was complaining about an email I sent out awhile back where I was referring to the teleseminar I did with Scott Colby. I mentioned in that email that I revealed a few of my secrets that I shouldn’t have…I usually keep those for my paying students only.
Well, this reader bluntly told me that I should be ashamed at myself for forcing people to pay for any of my fat burning and fitness secrets, and that everybody deserves this information for free They continued on to say they were going to become a paying student until they got my email. They also complained some more and basically “ripped me a new one”. Yikes.

If you’ve read any of my past newsletters or articles regarding
exercise and its role in burning fat and getting healthy, you
probably already know that I don’t recommend performing cardio
or aerobics.
And I’m not only talking about traditional moderately paced long
duration cardio, but that interval cardio stuff too. I’m not
saying interval cardio doesn’t work, it does, and I’ll talk
about that a bit later. But even still, I have a lot of people
angry at me…in fact I get emails almost every day from people
who think I’m nuts for telling them they don’t have to perform
exclusive cardio of any kind.
