We’re All The Same…Yet Different

Wednesday, March 28th, 2007

Whenever I take on a new Fat Burning Furnace student, I’m often
reminded of this basic principle of health and fitness that most
people overlook.  And that is, we’re all the same, but we’re all
different.  How does that apply to getting lean, strong, and
healthy, and why is it important to understand?

It’s true that we all have unique differences from one another.
I’m talking specifically about our metabolic rates and our
ability to lose fat and gain muscle.  We all achieve these things
at different rates and have different limits based our genetic
programming.

Based on this, many in the fitness world would recommend a
totally different program or system for everybody.  In fact,
there are a lot of programs out there that base their entire
systems on these differences alone.

But this is a mistake in my estimation.  Why?

I Love Johnny Appleseed…

Sunday, March 11th, 2007

Yes it’s true.  I love Johnny. Johnny Appleseed, that is.  And
you should too. Why?  Well, simply put, our pal Johnny spent
most of his life establishing apple nurseries that covered a
good portion of the east coast in the U.S. and as far west as
Ohio.

And if you don’t know by now, apples are good for you.  In fact,
an apple a day may have actually kept the doctor away in Johnny
Appleseed’s era (200 years ago), though with the realities of
our food supply today, it’s not quite that simple anymore.

Still, you would do well to pay close attention to the
importance of eating apples, and regularly.  First off, their
high fiber content keeps you feeling full for quite a while
after eating, and this makes it a great snack or compliment to a
meal.  When was the last time you felt hungry after eating an
good sized apple?

Forget What You Thought You Knew About Exercise & Nutrition

Over the past few weeks we’ve been accepting quite a few new
students of my Fat Burning Furnace method.  We’ve finally caught
up with most of our existing student’s questions, so we’ve begun
accepting a flood of new students looking to get lean, strong,
and healthy in just a few minutes each week.

You may be wondering why we are so flooded with questions from
new students, since I designed the Fat Burning Furnace system to
be as easy to understand and implement as humanly possible.
Following the guidelines and roadmap I’ve laid out isn’t very
difficult, in fact it’s one of the easiest to understand group
of principles and systems available.

Still, there are some new students that come back to us after a
few weeks complaining that they’re not seeing the results they’d
like.  Yes, that’s right.  Not every single person who becomes a
FBF student sees the results they’d like.  Why?
