How To Get A ‘Mapquest’ To Your Body

Friday, February 23rd, 2007

Did you know that a heavier person’s metabolism is most likely
running faster than a lighter person’s metabolism?  I bet you
didn’t, it’s not something that’s widely publicized, especially
by the purveyors of the latest diet fads.  A heavier person’s
body has to work harder to sustain itself than a lighter
person’s body, so the metabolism of the heavier person is
typically elevated.

Why is this important to know if you’re trying to lose fat, and
why don’t the diet pushers want you to know this?

Well, most diets call for cutting calories and various essential
foods.  If a heavier person goes on a typical diet, they’ll lose
weight fast
because their metabolism is running higher than the
average person’s metabolic rate.  Sounds good, and it fools you
into thinking that the diet is going to continue to work, but
there are two big problems here:

A Fat Burning Lesson From A Couple Of Italian Guys

Wednesday, February 14th, 2007

Due to the fact that many of my fat burning and fitness secrets
go against the grain of what most people are doing these days,
you can imagine I receive quite an array of emails from doubters
and skeptics about my fat loss method.

In fact, I just got another one yesterday which basically said,
“hey, if your system is so good, why isn’t everyone doing it?”.
They went on to say that they weren’t going to become a student
until everybody else around them knew about my Fat Burning
Furnace system and she ’saw it on Oprah’.  ‘Saw it on Oprah’,
I love that.

Well, you know what?  I told this reader that she’ll probably
never end up becoming a student because the methods to lose fat
I teach are probably not going to become the norm in today’s fitness
industry.  Why?  Because the exercise secrets I teach only
require 2-3 weekly workouts of 20 minutes on average.  This is
not something a gym or fitness center wants to tell their
members.  They would much rather have them living there, 4,5,6
or even 7 days a week.

Should You Workout When You’re Sick?

Sunday, February 4th, 2007

I was just reminded today about the importance of rest and
recovery in relation to lasting health and fitness.  How?  Well,
I came down with a cold just the other day.

Now, you’re not going to find too many fitness experts telling
you that they’ve got a cold…many of them are too scared to
admit this to their students and readers since they want to
appear as the picture of health and fitness.

But the reality is, it doesn’t matter how healthy or fit you
are, if you let your immune system get run down, you’ll be
susceptible to picking up a cold or some other type of virus.

You see, I’ve been working day and night lately on some exciting
new products to help my Fat Burning Furnace students take their
results to the next level…but because of this, I haven’t been
getting the amount of quality sleep or rest that I need to
perform at my best.
