making your own smoothies at home, like I do…

healthiest foods on the planet into some of the tastiest

With that in mind, here are 2 of my latest favorite
UBER-HEALTHY smoothie recipes you’ll want to try yourself:
2 cups cold coconut water (or 1 ¬Ω cups coconut water plus 1 cup
¬º cup almonds, soaked (or 2 tablespoon raw almond butter)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
Blend everything until smooth. This is a satisfying,
antioxidant-rich smoothie that will keep the hunger away for
hours. If using dried dates, soak them first.
1 banana, frozen and broken into pieces
1 cup almond milk (see instructions page 19)
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder or chocolate protein powder
1 small piece of vanilla bean
¬Ω cup cherries, pitted (fresh or frozen)
Blend all of the ingredients together. Garnish with some
extra cherries, and some chopped walnuts.
